Project Organization

Reflection on the experience of working in project groups.
Working in team can have advantages and drawbacks. Every individual is different and acquires qualities combined with diverse character lines. With this said, a reasonable assumption can be stated that the mixture of human assets can create a potentially successful team. The experience gained through projects and assignments can be negative or positive, but in the end we all gain insights by not doing or doing certain tasks. This means every action you make rewards you with feedback on how to do it more accurately and express yourself better next time. Motivation is one of the key aspects of the project process. People need to be motivated so that their creation process does not strive. Giving positive reaction and expressing your feelings regarding certain idea can significantly boost your colleagues’ incentives and ensure a better atmosphere while working. It is important for a team to function as one big production unit, similar to personal computer. The project members are like the different hardware components and motivation is playing the power supply element. Engaging all members to use their full potential can secure great outcome possibilities, innovating the end product or service.

What have you done in the past that made a project group great?

All users must know how to interact with its interface and store their data. An addition a schedule planner must be introduced, so that people can be informed when they need to attend certain meeting or present their results. A team leader can follow if this important rhythm is followed.
- Quality control choices
Quality control is a portion every process, because it ensures that the decision is fulfilling all the necessary criteria’s set initially or in later stages by the design team.
- Motivate the team
Motivation is an enormous segment of process because it has to be present in order for every team member to prompt his full potential.
- Critic
Criticizing a result or a concept can trigger doubt. But it can also generate additional ideas and lead to incremental changes.
- Video Visualization
This can be personas in projects which assist designers to imagine interaction between real life people and the actual usage of the product or service.
- Prototype finishing
This is the final materialization of concept project. Usually, it is one of the last phases in the process, gathering all the insights and research that has been made initially. The prototype is not the final product but is a close representation of the capabilities and aesthetics of the product.
